About

Alhassan Moses Onu-Ogwu is aPhD Student at the Optical Spectroscopy of Nanomaterial Laboratory, located within the School of Physics and Mathematical Science at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently working on perovskite-based phototransistors, a perovskite semiconductor research leveraging on the interplay between material science and nanophononics to improve the performance  limits of  semiconductor materials/materials currently in use in the semiconductor industry.

OSON Lab

We are a spectroscopy group in the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of Nanyang Technological University.
As part of the Division of Physics and Applied Physics, we contribute to a vibrant scientific community advancing the synthesis and characterization of molecular and nanoscale materials. We have also strong ties with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, where we focus on fabrication and modeling of nanoscale devices.
